This is a 100% remote position for people located in Brazil.

We’re looking for an inspired Digital Marketing Analyst to elevate our PlayKids brand presence in the Brazilian market. You will be responsible for engaging our community, creating compelling content, and collaborating with influencers across our primary platforms: Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. You’ll be part of the PlayKids’ Branding Team. This area is formed by designers, copywriters, brand strategists and content creators from different countries, who are the guardians of the brand in all touchpoints with our audience, guaranteeing the best experience to the kids and families. Besides the PlayKids brand, you’ll work with two products: PlayKids+ (an educational app designed for children, offering a range of interactive games, videos, and books that promote learning through play) and PlayKids Store (an e-commerce platform with trusted brands and curatorship of specialists).

What you will be doing:
Content Creation: Develop and implement a content calendar that aligns with our brand strategy, producing high-quality posts for each platform.
Influencer Collaboration: Identify and cultivate relationships with influencers, managing partnerships and campaigns to amplify brand visibility and engagement.
Community Management: Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions promptly, fostering a positive and interactive online community.
Analytics & Reporting: Monitor social media performance metrics and prepare regular reports to assess strategy effectiveness, providing data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Trend Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging platforms, adapting strategies to keep our content fresh and relevant.
Campaign Development: Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to design and implement impactful social media campaigns that drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
What you´ll need to succeed in this role:

Proficiency in Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, with a deep understanding of their algorithms and best practices.
Proficient in using social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, TikTok Analytics) to track performance metrics and user engagement.
Understanding of SEO best practices for social media content, including keyword research and optimization technique
Ability to craft engaging and on-brand copy for various formats, including captions, scripts, and promotional content.
Familiarity with tools for community engagement and management
Being a protagonist in the projects you are developing, from beginning to end.
Creative self-starter who is comfortable with both taking initiative and working in collaboration. Willing to get out of your comfort zone and gaining new experiences.
A highly-organized person, who is not afraid of hands-on projects, and can produce quick designs, execute a vision with creativity and style, and take feedback constructively.
Excellent organization and time management – manage multiple projects and priorities effectively

Qualifications

 

Bachelor’s degree in Media Studies, Communications, Marketing, Journalism or a related field preferred
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role (3+ years preferred)
Experience in community management and content creation
Affinity with education and entertainment applied to children’s market
Demonstrated experience working with influencers and managing collaborations
Portuguese
Advanced English (you will work in a global team)
