Generation is a global nonprofit organization dedicated to improving economic mobility through employment by training and placing adult learners in careers otherwise inaccessible. The organization partners with governments, employers, and other stakeholders to conduct original research on workforce transition. As of now, Generation has over 100,000 graduates across 17 countries. The current job position is a part-time role of a Moderator for the Durability Academy, a platform aimed at advancing data capabilities for nonprofits to measure long-term social impact. The role involves platform management, engagement, logistics, and event planning. Ideal candidates should have experience in digital learning platforms, project management, adult education, and familiarity with nonprofit sectors.
