LEGAL NOTICE
This document aims to establish the General Terms of Use for the Rampa website on the Internet, owned by Brutalist (hereinafter referred to as Rampa), with its fiscal headquarters at Avenida Paulista, 1636, 4th floor, suite 15 – Cerqueira César – ZIP: 01310-200 – São Paulo – SP, registered under CNPJ number 41.019.828/0001-79. The purpose of Rampa is to provide a platform that enables the connection between companies and candidates in an online environment, with a focus on remote and/or hybrid job opportunities. In this regard, registered companies can access the database of candidates on the website, post remote and/or hybrid job openings, include CVs by candidates through the menu, and hire advertising spaces and textual content such as banners and blog articles.
The website reserves the right to modify these General Terms of Use without prior notice to align with current applicable legislation, legal precedents, and common market practices. The site creators and collaborators may, at their sole discretion and at any time, modify or deactivate the site, limit, cancel, or suspend its use or access. These Terms of Use may also be changed at any time. Please regularly visit this page and review the then-current terms. Certain provisions of these terms may be replaced by specific legal terms or notices found on particular pages of this website.
LEGAL CONDITIONS FOR CANDIDATES
The website defines candidates as individual users seeking employment in remote and/or hybrid modalities who use Rampa’s services and access the website for which they are registered, Rampa Jobs. In this context, the website aims to provide candidates with access to job opportunities and companies with access to the profiles of candidates registered on Rampa. The site is in constant evolution, continually developing new tools that add value to both candidates and registered companies on Rampa.
The use of any of the website’s services by the user implies and expressly indicates their agreement and acceptance of all the General Terms of Use as published on this website at the time the user accesses Rampa, as well as any Specific Terms that may apply. The use of certain services offered to candidates through the website may be subject to their specific terms, which, as appropriate, replace, complement, and/or modify these General Terms. Therefore, before using these services, candidates should carefully read and accept the corresponding Specific Terms.
Responsibilities
The website solely and exclusively assumes responsibility for its own services and content directly generated by itself. The website is not responsible for, nor does it endorse in any case, the products or services provided or offered by the client or third parties through its services, nor the content, information, communication, opinions, or expressions of any kind that the client or third parties communicate, transmit, or exhibit through their services. The website may delete illegal or allegedly illegal content without prior notice.
Candidates acknowledge that it is technically impossible to achieve 100% availability of the website. However, the website will make every effort to maintain Rampa’s availability as consistently as possible. Brief anomalies or temporary suspension of Rampa’s services may occur due to maintenance, security, capacity, as well as events beyond the website’s control, such as anomalies in public communication networks, power outages, etc.
Rampa Services
- The website provides the following services to candidates:
- Free candidate registration in the Rampa system through the candidate registration process to connect with companies.
- Services and tools for managing job searches in remote and/or hybrid modalities through the Rampa platform.
- Promotional electronic communication services related to recruitment, selection, training, and products and services used through our website.
- Other services that Rampa may create and consider of interest to candidates, such as guidance, tips, training, professional networking, forums, access to news, and services deemed relevant to candidates.
Candidate Obligations
Candidates commit to making lawful and diligent use of the website and its accessible services, fully complying with current regulations, good practices, these General Terms, and, if applicable, specific conditions. Candidates should also show due respect to other candidates.
The candidate must select an identifier (email) and a password and is committed to keeping it confidential and using it with due care. The password use is personal and non-transferable. Temporary or permanent transfer to third parties is not allowed. Candidates must take measures to safeguard and store the password they selected, preventing its use by third parties. As a result, the candidate is solely responsible for the use of the password they perform, with complete exemption for Rampa. If candidates become aware of or suspect the use of their password by third parties, they should promptly inform the website.
Registration is done as explicitly indicated in the respective service. All information provided by the candidate through the services must be truthful. For these purposes, candidates guarantee the authenticity of all data they provide as a result of filling out service subscription forms. Similarly, candidates are responsible for keeping all information provided to the website permanently updated to correspond to their real situation at all times. In any case, the candidate is solely responsible for false or inaccurate statements they make and for any harm they cause to the website or third parties due to the information they provide.
Candidates are obligated to comply with applicable laws and the rights of third parties when using the website’s content and services. Therefore, it is prohibited to reproduce, distribute, transmit, adapt, or modify the website’s content in any way and by any means, unless authorized by the legitimate owners or permitted by law. Illustratively and not exhaustively, it is prohibited to use injurious or defamatory content, regardless of whether that content affects other candidates or other individuals or companies, content indicating or promoting sexual, racial, religious discrimination, or any other violation of fundamental rights and freedoms recognized by the Brazilian Constitution, content that is pornographic or violates child protection laws, or to advertise, offer, or distribute pornographic products or products that violate child protection laws. It is also prohibited to use legally protected content (e.g., by intellectual property, trademarks, patents, utility models, or aesthetic models legislation) without the right to do so or to advertise, offer, or distribute legally protected goods or services. Candidates must not engage in or promote actions contrary to free competition, including actions aimed at progressive customer acquisition (e.g., chain systems, snowball, or pyramid schemes) or actions that induce or incite illegal activity or lead to incorrect conclusions due to inaccuracies, omissions, or similar issues. This includes disseminating false or outdated information or violating legal or regulatory standards on communication secrecy.
The following actions are not allowed for candidates:
Using mechanisms, software, or scripts in connection with website use.
Blocking, overwriting, modifying, or copying, unless necessary for the correct use of the website’s services. For example, copying through crawler-type search technologies is not necessary for the correct use of the website’s services and is expressly prohibited.
Broadcasting, reproducing, or publicly communicating Rampa’s content, candidates, or third parties without prior authorization from the rights holder.
Any action capable of harming the functionality of Rampa’s infrastructure, especially overloading it.
Using any of the materials and information contained on this website for unlawful purposes expressly prohibited by these Legal Terms, as well as any specific conditions that may be enabled to oppose the rights and interests of Rampa, its members, and/or third parties. Candidates will be held responsible for violating or failing to meet their respective obligations intentionally or negligently.
Content provided by the Candidate
The website does not allow the distribution, management, or communication of content that deteriorates the quality of the service. The provision of content is prohibited in the following cases:
Content that is considered illegal under national, community, or international regulations or that engages in activities considered illegal or violates the principles of good faith.
Content that does not meet the quality parameters established on Rampa.
Content that infringes on the fundamental rights of individuals, lacks courtesy on the network, disrupts or can generate negative opinions among our candidates or third parties, and, in general, any content that the website deems inappropriate.
In general, content that violates the principles of legality, honesty, responsibility, protection of human dignity, protection of minors, public order, privacy protection, consumer protection, and intellectual and industrial property rights.
Likewise, the website reserves the right to remove, without prior notice, any content that is considered inappropriate for the characteristics and purposes of Rampa.
The website cannot control each and every piece of content published, so it cannot assume responsibility for the content. Nevertheless, the inserted and published content is periodically reviewed to ensure the quality principles of the site, as well as the rules mentioned here.
Any candidate who posts content that violates current laws must understand that they will be held responsible for any damages and consequences resulting from it.
Intellectual and Industrial Property Rights
This website is governed by Brazilian laws and is protected by national and international intellectual and industrial property legislation.
The User acknowledges that all elements of the website and each of the services provided through it, the information and materials contained therein, the structure, selection, arrangement, and presentation of its content, and the computer programs used in connection with it are protected by the intellectual and industrial property rights of the website or third parties.
Except as authorized by Rampa or, where applicable, by the third parties who own the corresponding rights, or unless legally permitted, the user may not reproduce, transform, modify, disassemble, reverse engineer, distribute, rent, lend, make available, or allow public access to any of the elements mentioned in the previous paragraph.
The legitimacy of the intellectual or industrial property rights corresponding to the content posted by candidates is the sole responsibility of the candidates.
General Privacy
This document aims to describe the data protection policy of the website. The accuracy of the information provided is the sole responsibility of the User. Therefore, if false information has been provided, Rampa reserves the right to deny access to this site.
Personal data provided will be subject to automated processing and incorporated into the automatic files of Rampa, which, in accordance with current regulations, are duly registered.
In the Profile forms where personal data is collected, the different fields whose completion is necessary for the corresponding registration will be indicated. Thus, unless otherwise stated, answers to questions about personal data are voluntary, and not answering these questions will not imply a decline in the quality or quantity of the corresponding services unless otherwise indicated.
The automated processing of all personal data collected as a result of the request, use, hiring of any product, or service, or any transaction or operation carried out through this site (including, for these purposes, those provided by Users for the publication of ads) has as its main purpose the maintenance of the contractual relationship, if established, with the owner of this site.
Likewise, they will be used for the management, administration, provision, expansion, and improvement of the services to which the User decides to subscribe or use, for example, but not limited to:

However, if you do not wish your personal data provided to be processed for commercial purposes and for the sending of your own or third-party advertising from the mentioned sectors, you may object by requesting the cancellation of the messages, preferably through a link provided for exclusion or as indicated in the footer of the advertisement.
The site guarantees the confidentiality of personal data. These data may be kept in files owned by Rampa, even after the formalized relationships through the site have ended, solely for the purposes mentioned above and, in any case, during the periods legally established, available to the administrative or judicial authorities.

The site includes links to sites owned and/or managed by third parties within its content to facilitate access to information available on the internet.
Rampa assumes no responsibility for the existence of links between the contents of this site and contents located outside it, or any other reference to external content on this site. Such links or references are solely for informational purposes and, in no case, imply support, approval, commercialization, or any relationship between the site and the people or entities that are authors and/or administrators of such content or owners of the sites where they are located.
Electronic Communications and Commercial Electronic Communications
From the moment candidates are considered Rampa users and are registered on the site, they will receive electronic communications, alerts, messages from companies, invitations to selection processes, news, promotions, and commercial communications related to Rampa in the field of personnel recruitment and selection and training.
LEGAL CONDITIONS FOR COMPANIES
Right to Information
If the user decides to register on Rampa, only the data strictly necessary to achieve the purposes and objectives for which the site is intended will be requested.
In order to register the user, they must complete an initial form provided by Rampa’s commercial team, which involves providing personal data. The data collected in this form are adequate, relevant, and not excessive in relation to the scope, purposes, and specific, explicit, and legitimate services of Rampa.
Intellectual and Industrial Property Rights
This website is governed by Brazilian laws and is protected by national and international legislation on intellectual and industrial property. The legitimacy of the intellectual or industrial property rights corresponding to the content posted by candidates is the sole responsibility of the candidates. Likewise, by posting content, candidates and employers also grant the use of their image.
