Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our growing team. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of assigned accounts, from initial contact and qualification to driving revenue growth and building long-term client relationships. You will leverage your expertise in sales, business development, and lead generation to identify new opportunities, nurture existing relationships, and exceed client expectations.

 

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.5+ years of experience in Sales or a related field (Business Development, Lead generation).Previous experience working B2B, with Startup companies and American Clients.Professional English Level(C1+ ).Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.Strong understanding of the company’s target market and competitive landscape.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Passion for sales and a strong desire to make an impact.

Technical Knowledge & Hard Skills

Strong understanding of the company’s products and services.Proficient in CRM software.Experience with sales forecasting and reporting.Experience working with KPIs and Metrics.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Main Tools to manage for this position:

Google Suite: Google Drive, Corporate Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides.CRM for sales.Microsoft Office: Word, Excel.Discord: Categories and Channels.Hubstaff: Web App and Desktop App.Zoom: Meetings and Breakout rooms.

Soft Skills

Exceptional relationship-building and networking skills.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to handle objections and overcome challenges.High level of energy and enthusiasm.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive revenue growth.Handle leads and new prospects.Manage a portfolio of existing clients and identify new business opportunities.Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.Prepare and deliver quarterly business reviews.
