Qualifications
A practiced communicator and storyteller – you help your team and stakeholders grasp the extent of a problem and build empathy for the end user
Able to talk to users, interpret experiments and insights, and leverage quantitative data to inform product and design decisions
Demonstrate a command of product strategy and business needs, with resounding empathy for our users
Deploy a range of UX tactics to lead through ambiguous problems to achieve exceptional user-centered product outcomes
Have a deep mastery of your design tools, and a willingness to adopt new tools and skills needed to bring your designs and prototypes to life (heads up: we work in Figma, GitHub, and occasionally in code)
Our UX team is comprised of 3 different crafts:

UX Designers who define and craft beautiful elegant designs and delightful, useful, and usable experiences –  you have experience in visual design, interaction, and product design.

Content Designers who design the language, concepts, models, and information architecture to create clear, intuitive, and elegant user experiences. They excel in IA, terminology, and conversational design.

UX Managers who have a deep craft background in visual, interaction, content, and product design – they have a proven track record of building and managing multidisciplinary teams to get results and create impact. They leverage their expertise to upskill teams and drive exceptional outcomes, thrive in the design details, and practice extreme ownership of the team’s output.
