Your data is collected in accordance with this Privacy Policy and in compliance with relevant data protection laws, especially the General Data Protection Law (“LGPD”).

ABOUT THE COLLECTED DATA

Rampa processes your data to enable you to (i) participate in selection processes conducted by companies using our platform and (ii) integrate your talent pool(s). We never collect unnecessary personal data from you and will not process your information in any other way than specified in this Policy.

Registration Data:

To create an account on the platform, we request your full name, email, job title, and phone number. If you prefer, you can also supplement this with some of your other data, such as your name and photo, directly from other platforms like LinkedIn, Google, and GitHub. This option only occurs if you choose to do so, and all data collected in this manner is displayed at the time of your choice, in accordance with the information recognized in the specific fields.

Profile:

To complete your profile, you will need to enter your job title, pronoun, cell phone or telephone, a mini-bio describing yourself, personal characteristics, gender, location, some additional features, languages, skills, other links, and CV uploads. The information contained in “Some characteristics,” as sensitive data under the law, will be processed only with your consent, which can be withdrawn at any time. This data will not be used in a discriminatory manner but only to enable affirmative actions by recruiting companies, promoting the hiring and inclusion of individuals from diverse groups in the job market.

Navigation Data:

We collect data about your navigation on the Platform, which may involve information about your device, geolocation data, internet application access records (such as IP, date and time), platform usage time, access duration, clicks, and search terms.

HOW DATA IS COLLECTED?

Data from Registration and Profile: You enter this data on the Platform yourself. It is your sole responsibility to provide this information by manual input and submission.

Navigation Data: We may collect this data through cookies and similar technologies during your navigation on the Gupy Platform. For more information, please refer to our Cookie Policy.

Companies interested in your profile may also use some of your personal data to invite you, via email, to register on the Gupy Platform and apply for one of their positions.

HOW WE USE THE COLLECTED PERSONAL DATA? WHAT IS THE LEGAL BASIS?

We take your privacy very seriously and will never sell your data. Your Registration Data will be used based on the legitimate interest of the recruiting company to allow you to create an account on Gupy.

Your Registration and Profile Data will be used based on the legitimate interest of the recruiting company for the following purposes:

  • To allow you to participate in selection processes of recruiting companies as well as to integrate the talent pool of these companies.
  • To allow recruiting companies to invite candidates previously registered in their selection processes, whether those selection processes are still ongoing or not, to participate in selection processes for other open positions that match their profile and skills, always considering the candidate’s benefit and interest in being hired.

Your name, email, and phone number may be used based on the legitimate interest of recruiting companies in the following situations:

  • To contact you about the progress of your selection process, to inform you about new positions that may be of interest to you, and for you to contact our support or the recruiting company to address questions about the process.
  • To allow recruiting companies to directly contact you by email or WhatsApp.

In addition, we will use your name, email, and/or phone number when it is necessary to contact you based on our legitimate interest for:

  • Dealing with matters related to platform usage, such as, but not limited to, access problems and irregularities in your account.
  • Inviting you to participate in surveys related to platform usability, suggestions for improvement, and new product development.
  • When the recruiting company is a financial institution or insurer, according to legal standards and regulations from the Central Bank of Brazil and SUSEP – Superintendência de Seguros Privados, your data may be consulted for possible analysis related to illicit practices such as money laundering and terrorism (Circular No. 3978 of BACEN and Circular No. 612/2020 of SUSEP).

HOW LONG WE WILL RETAIN YOUR DATA?

Rampa only stores your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which they were collected.

Given that, when you apply for a selection process, you become part of the recruiting company’s talent pool, your personal data will be retained even after the completion of the selection process. At any time, you can request its deletion, as indicated in the section above.

Important! The processing of personal data is an essential condition for you to participate in the selection processes for which you applied.

Even after deletion, some of your data may be retained in databases located outside Rampa and protected by appropriate security measures to comply with legal or regulatory obligations or to safeguard the rights of Rampa or third parties, including in the event of any judicial disputes in which the use of such data becomes necessary.
